Does anyone know anyone, or feel confident to cox a crew at the Kingston Head Race.

Its not the most challenging course to cox, but it is a river course there there will be current to contend with, the toughest part is likely to be marshalling, and getting the boat back on the raft if it is busy afterwards. We boat near the finish line so no worries about getting a tired crew back to the start.

I'd really like to get the dev squad out, so they can race before the VET HoRR

Can you let me or Gavin know if you are keen.
Nick

By the way thanks for all the suggestions - excluding Nicky, the responses so far have been, "ask Poplar". and a 115kg mate of mine via facebook offering to have a go. Very Useful.

My girlfriend may be keen on trying this Sunday, the problem is that she is not the kind of shouting person, but as long as it is about steering should be fine?
She is small too, so no problems fitting I think

The club is at the end of Trowlock Way -

Parking tends to be a tad limited, so share lifts if you can.

If you're getting the train, the nearest station is Hampton Wick, and it is a good 20min walk, so leave lots and lots of time.
