Something happened…

Something big happened which hasn’t happened since roughly 1975

Curlew RC won a pennant at one of the major head of the rivers!

Scott Bramley,Club Captain, won the Master’s Nov C.  He also finished in the top 100 which is impressive.

Curlew had four scullers entered for Scullers Head, the most we’ve ever taken to the event with encouraging results all round.

95 – Scott Bramley – Master’s Nov C – Winner

130 – Matthew Richardson – IM1

430 – Anita Jeff – WMaster’s B

467 – Massimo Bufi – Master’s B

Considering Curlew is not renowned for being a rowing club which sculls, we did well, especially with Scott winning.

This takes Fred’s tally up yet again and maintains his 100% record so far this season, of winning something at every races he has entered. Lets keep the good work up and keep dominating on the water.

A special thank you to Maurice from Globe Juniors for trailering our boats to and from Putney.
