The Programme...
Training for the Winter Season should have been handed out by your Captains. This includes circuit, weight, erg and tank sessions.
Training...

The weekly training programme for all abilities focuses on aerobic, technique and strength building exercises. Details of any part of the training programme can be obtained by contacting your Captain.

2K / 5K ERG tests will be completed regularly.

The Club Gym...

Use of the Gym is controlled from Monday to Thursday evenings - between the hours of 6-9pm. At all other times, use is unrestricted.

The following rules apply:
Mon - Globe (Priority) 6-9pm
Tues - Curlew (Exclusive) 6-9pm
Weds - Globe (Exclusive) 6-9pm
Thurs - Curlew (Priority) 6-9pm

PRIORITY : A member can rightly ask a member of another club to vacate an ergo or weights station between the hours stated. Please be understanding if a member of another club has 5/10mins work left in a particular session.

EXCLUSIVE : Members of the other club are excluded from using the gym on the times and days stated These rules are subject to review and may change to improve the operation of the gym.
