Due to the current restrictions as set out by the UK Government, the Curlew RC Committee has rolled out a full online group training sessions.
Monday – 6pm – 45minutes – Fully bodyweight ciruits led by our coach Alex and Marcus (Senior Captain)
Tuesday – 6pm – 60minutes – Power Yoga with Emma D.
Wednesday – Cardio Day – run/erg/cycle or walk for a minimum of 45minutes. Do not forget to log your workouts on Strava.
Thursday – 7pm – 60minutes – Power Yoga with Emma D
Friday – 7am – 45minutes – Early morning circuits with Alex and Marcus, a great way to start a friday!
Saturday – 8am – 45minutes – Strength and Core with Caitlin, a 45minute session focussed on your core, stretching out the week’s sessions. Finishing off a great week of workouts and easing yourself into the weekend.
